Nature Network Autumn Gathering - FREE Nature Network Event for Educators
We are running this FREE Nature Network CPD session at our The Duke of Kent School on 18th September 2025. We will be sharing best practice and practical ready-to-use ideas for taking your lessons outdoors.
Please be prepared for being outside and so wear/bring suitable clothing for the outdoors!
FREE workshop 'Be Nature' - A Guide to Growing Relationships with Nature
Come along to our Education Centre at Nower Wood on Tuesday 23rd September 2025, 4.45- 5.45 pm, for our FREE Nature Network CPD session.
During the training we will introduce you to a simple toolkit to evaluate where people are on their journey and how we as educators can tailor our activities to best develop this connection. We will demonstrate some simple, practical activities that develop nature connection in people of all ages and even get fellow teachers more engaged with being outside!
From regular 'brain breaks' outdoors and creating a nature table in your classroom to leading litter picks in the community we will show you where these simple actions can fit into the nature connection journey.
Numbers in Nature - FREE Nature Network CPD Event for Educators
Come along to our Education Centre at Nower Wood on Wednesday 1st October 2025, 4.00 - 6.00pm, for our FREE Nature Network CPD session. Learn how to use natural materials and your outdoor spaces to deliver inspiring maths lessons allowing them to consolidate their learning in real life contexts. We will be sharing best practice and practical ready-to-use ideas for taking your maths lessons outdoors.
You are welcome to book up to 6 teachers from your school to attend. If you need more tickets than this, please get in touch and we will add your additional teachers to our waiting list.
