Nature themed courses & workshops

A bumblebee mimic hoverfly on a purple thistle flower. It's a fuzzy black and yellow hoverfly with a white tip to the abdomen, looking just like a bee. It's given away by its large eyes and short antennae

Courses & workshops

Explore the diverse and fascinating world of nature through our wildlife courses and workshops

Whether you're interested in habitat restoration, want to learn more about a specific species, or experience nature through the medium of art, craft and photography, our wildlife courses are a great way to explore and study the natural environment.

Most of our courses take place at Nower Wood Education Centre near Leatherhead, situated in the heart of a beautiful semi-ancient woodland. Many of our workshops include an outdoor session in the woods to test your newly-learned skills.
