Surrey Wildlife Trust is Surrey’s leading environmental charity. We are a membership organisation co-ordinating the details of nearly 45,000 members who support Surrey Wildlife Trust through subscription donations, responses to appeals, corporate sponsorship and volunteering.
We have partnerships and stakeholders across the county and hold significant amounts of data and contact information.
We need a part time administrator to join the team managing communications with Members via telephone, email and post, updating records, sending out joining packs and providing back up to colleagues on a variety of duties.
You will need to proactive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in; previous customer service and database input experience together with strong IT literacy are essential as you will be using a database and the full scope of Microsoft packages.
