We are delighted to invite you to Surrey Wildlife Trust’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 1 November at 10am at Merrist Wood College, Holly Lane, Worplesdon, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 3PE.
To attend the AGM in person or to watch the livestream, please book your place in advance.
Please note there will be no online voting on the day, so members wishing to vote, will need to submit their vote in advance.

10:00 - 11:00: Annual General Meeting in Woody's
- Approval of the Minutes of the 2024 AGM
- Receiving the Company’s Report and Accounts and Auditor’s Report
- Re-appointment of Saffery LLP as Auditor of the Company and authorising the Trustees to agree the Auditor’s remuneration.
- Election and re-election of Trustees
- Any other business notified to members in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Trust
11:30 - 12:15: Chief Executive's Report followed by Q & A - Sarah Jane Chimbwandira
12:15 - 13:45: Lunch
Members attending the AGM are invited to join us for a light lunch and opportunity to talk to staff or take part in activities. Please book lunch in advance.
