If you plan to attend online or can’t join the AGM, you may appoint the Chair or named attendee to vote on your behalf.  

Please note: If you change your vote and resubmit this form, we will take your most recent submission as your final vote.

Type of membership

Proxy Voting for Joint or Family Memberships

1. Unified Voting:

SUBMIT A SINGLE PROXY FORM

If both members agree on all agenda items, you can submit a single proxy form. Please indicate that the votes represent both members, and we will count it with a voting weight of 2.

2. Divergent Voting:

EACH MEMBER MUST SUBMIT THEIR OWN PROXY FORM

If members have differing opinions on any agenda item, each member should complete and submit their own proxy form, specifying that they are voting separately (divergent voting).
