Forest Bathing

Experience the healing power of trees

Scientists have found evidence that a walk in nature can help reduce stress levels and  strengthen the immune system.

We are partnering with natural therapy providers to offer forest bathing on our reserves. The concept is to take a “bath” in the forest by letting nature enter all five senses. The pace and focus of Forest Bathing sessions is a gentle and relaxing sensory walk through a woodland environment that is designed to calm the body and mind.

Yoga in the Woods

Our small yoga classes have exclusive access to our Nower Wood Educational Nature Reserve. Feel at one with nature with a view overlooking the beautiful ancient woodland. When the weather permits, a huge decked area also offers the perfect outdoor space.
