About the event

Join us on for a guided walk around Fames Rough and Coneyboro Hill. This chalk grassland site is a 57 acre nature reserve near Chipstead.

This site is well known for a wide variety of wildflowers. It is part of the Chipstead Downs Site of Special Scientific Interest. It is sheep grazed by the Downlands Project.

Come along and see how many rare plant species you can find! Learn more about the management of this special habitat.

The walk is approximately 2 miles on footpaths - please note that there are some fairly steep hills.

Walking boots are recommended.

We will walk at a gentle pace with lots of opportunities to stop and ask questions.
