Nature journaling
Learning to notice and appreciate the natural world around you through journaling is a great skill that not only connects you to nature but ultimately leads to stewardship and action to protect the natural world. Nature journaling can not only help us in our mission to connect people to nature but the process is also proven to be great for your own wellbeing.
