About the reserve

Nestling between a school and residential housing, Ledgers Wood is a semi natural oak woodland with silver birch, ash, holly and hawthorn with scattered sweet chestnut trees.

A great spot to see spring flowers, you'll find a good display of bluebells together with wood anemone, wood sorrel and primrose between April and May.
