Wilder Schools Photography Consent Form

Thank you for your involvement with Surrey Wildlife Trust

Photographs and videos help us to promote our work with schools and inspire the next generation to care for wildlife. Please use the form below to consent for staff, parents or students to be photographed by Surrey Wildlife Trust whilst undertaking Wilder Schools activities.

How we might use your image

If you grant photography consent, images/videos may be used by Surrey Wildlife Trust in the following ways:

  1. On our website and social media channels – this will be public and could be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other places online
  2. In Surrey Wildlife Trust's magazines and leaflets that we print
  3. To send to newspapers and magazines when they want to write about Surrey Wildlife Trust and our work

If you do not wish to give consent for images to be used in these ways, please do not complete this form.

Your privacy

  • You can ask us to stop using images/videos in which you or your child appears at any time, in which case it will not be used in future communications, but may continue to appear in any printed publications already in circulation
  • Information given on this form will only be used for the purpose of administering the reproduction of photographs/videos. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Surrey Wildlife Trust privacy policy
  • You will receive an email copy of your submission and a link to our our privacy policy on completing this form
  • Surrey Wildlife Trust will keep your information private and secure. We follow all the UK laws of Data Protection
