About the event

October is the month when we begin to feel autumn, with golden sunlight and morning mists. As we gently slide into everything that is good about this new season, perhaps watching the turning of the leaves or gathering hips from the hedgerows, being out in nature this month, particularly in the woods, is a true delight. So come and share some October joy in the forest with this wellbeing in nature walk where we allow ourselves time to slow down and notice the extraordinary benefits to our health when we do so. There will be gentle guided nature practices for you to try. 

The session is 3 hours and will take place at Surrey Wildlife Trust's beautiful private wildlife reserve, Nower Wood. 

We'll meet in the car park 15 minutes before to begin promptly at 9:30am, finishing at 12:30pm.
