Terms & Conditions
- By entering the Actions for Nature competition you are agreeing to the competition Terms and Conditions.
- All entries must be submitted via the Actions for Nature webpage (https://www.surreywildlifetrust.org/nature-actions-map) by using the available online form.
- Entry to the competition is free.
- The closing date for the competition is Friday 31st May 2024.
- Actions for Nature competition participants will be automatically entered on submission of an action for nature on our website form.
- No responsibility will be taken for entries not received by the closing date and no correspondence will be entered into.
- A maximum of one entry per individual.
- The winner will be chosen by Surrey Wildlife Trust at random digitally.
- The winner will be informed by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The prize for the competition will be selected by the winner from a choice of a Trail Camera or Binocular set purchased by the Surrey Wildlife Trust, up to a value of £80.00.
- The provision of the prize does not imply endorsement by SWT of any third-party supplier of the prize or any third parties.
- By taking part in the competition, you hereby consent to a dialogue with SWT by email to ascertain whether you would prefer to remain anonymous, or if you are happy for your name to appear in any future materials.
- By entering you agree that SWT may use your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition. Your personal data will be held in accordance with SWT’s Privacy Policy.
