Wildlife Watch

Wildlife Watch is the junior branch of The Wildlife Trusts and the UK’s leading environmental action club for kids. If you care about nature and the environment and want to explore your local wildlife – this is the club for YOU!

There are 150,000 Wildlife Watch members around the country

There are 150,000 Wildlife Watch members around the UK (and the Isle of Man and Alderney too) and hundreds of local Watch groups where young people get stuck into environmental activities. Taking part in Wildlife Watch is an exciting way to explore your surroundings and get closer to wildlife.

A wild website to explore

We also have a really wild website and a monthly e-newsletter full of wild ideas and nature-spotting tips. Play games, find activities and spotting sheets to take outside with you, chat to Badger on his blog and record your wildlife sightings in your very own nature diary.

Visit the Wildlife Watch website to start your nature adventure.

Watch Groups

Wildlife Watch groups are supported by volunteer leaders, who work with young members and local experts to organise all kinds of wildlife and environmental activities, from pond dipping to mini beast hunting, arts and crafts to wildlife gardening!

We are currently running several afterschool clubs as Wildlife Watch Groups. If you would like to start a Watch group of your own, or have one at your school then why not get in touch with us and we will be happy to support you.
