This walk will look at management of heathland in general and on Whitmoor Common in particular. It will include the use of burning, clearance and scrapes and the management of scrub.
Surrey’s Heathlands – Autumn 2010
An 8 week course on Tuesday mornings 10am-1pm.
Book for the whole course or as many sessions as you want.
Cost: £80 for 8 sessions, £60 for 5 sessions,
£15 per session for up to 4 sessions.
