You don’t have to be a seasoned mountain biker to enjoy the Surrey hills! Join Surrey Wildlife Trust Ranger Leo Jennings as Team Green Britain Bike Week comes to Newlands Corner and offers the perfect opportunity to explore the network of paths on which you may cycle. This is a family event suitable for all ages and abilities, but under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. We will ride at the speed of the slowest, mainly on the plateau, but terrain is rough and more suited to mountain bikes and BMX’s. Helmets must be worn. Please bring a drink, spare inner tube and basic tool kit. Grid Ref: TQ 042 493. Distance: 2-3 miles.
