The following Terms and Conditions are for Surrey Wildlife Trust’s free pin badge campaign 2023.
Overview:
- The free pin badge campaign is designed to raise awareness about the need for support for Surrey Wildlife Trust and to inform people about ways they can contribute.
- Participants will be offered one free pin badge as part of this campaign.
Eligibility:
- The offer is open to individuals who are not current members of Surrey Wildlife Trust.
- Current members of Surrey Wildlife Trust are excluded from this campaign but may have the opportunity to obtain a pin badge through the web shop.
Terms:
- The offer is claimed by completing a form via the designated Facebook post.
- In order to facilitate the free gift, participants are required to provide their telephone number to receive a phone call. We will contact participants by phone to collect postal address to post the free pin badge and talk about supporting Surrey Wildlife Trust.
- The free gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Surrey Wildlife Trust reserves the right to replace the free gift with an alternative gift of equal or higher value if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
- The personal information collected during the campaign, including but not limited to telephone numbers, will be used solely for the purpose of contacting participants about the pin badge offer. Participants will have the option to ‘opt in’ to receive future email communications and hear news and updates, all personal information will be processed in line with our privacy policy.
