Hill Park Estate
Bluebells at Hill Park by George SweetnamHill Park estate lies in the far east of the county near Tandridge. Although this area is relatively small, it is rich in both flora and fauna.
Many songbirds and small mammals were virtually extinct on this site during the 1980's, but due to conservation efforts they have made a remarkable recovery. A 'winter-feeding' programme takes place to help sustain these populations. Monitoring the wildlife populations have provided useful indicators to the success of these programmes.
Hill Park is on the North Downs Way, south of Tatsfield. The car park is located in Chestnut Avenue, off the B2024.
