By signing this consent form you understand that images/videos may be used by Surrey Wildlife Trust:
- On our website and social media channels – this will be public and could be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other places online.
- In Surrey Wildlife Trust's magazines and leaflets that we print.
- To send to newspapers and magazines when they want to write about Surrey Wildlife Trust and our work.
Your privacy
- You can ask us to stop using images/videos in which you or your child appears at any time, in which case it will not be used in future communications, but may continue to appear in any printed publications already in circulation.
- Information given on this form will only be used for the purpose of administering the reproduction of photographs/videos. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Surrey Wildlife Trust privacy policy.
