  1. On our social media – this will be public and could be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other places online
  2. In Surrey Wildlife Trust's magazines and leaflets that we print
  3. To send to newspapers and magazines when they want to write about Surrey Wildlife Trust and our work

By signing this consent form you understand that images/videos may be used by The Wildlife Trusts and the National Lottery Heritage Fund in relation to the Nextdoor Nature project:

  1. For the purpose of reporting about the National Lottery Heritage Fund about the project

  2. On their social media – this will be public and could be Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other places online
  3. In their magazines and leaflets that they print
  4. To send to newspapers and magazines when they want to write about them and their work

Your privacy

  • You can ask us to stop using images/videos in which you or your child appears at any time, in which case it will not be used in future communications, but may continue to appear in any printed publications already in circulation.
  • Information given on this form will only be used for the purpose of administering the reproduction of photographs/videos. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Surrey Wildlife Trust privacy policy. You will receive an email copy of your submission and a link to our our privacy policy on completing this form.
  • Surrey Wildlife Trust, The Wildlife Trusts and our funders will not use your photos, videos, or recordings in adverts for other companies or organisations.
